Axelrod Immigration Law is a boutique immigration law firm serving the globe from Memphis, Tennessee.
Attorney Lily S. Axelrod founded Axelrod Immigration Law in 2022 with a vision to stand out in the field by

  • Implementing technology to automate “red tape” legal processes, so that our team can focus our time on developing case strategy, communicating with our clients, and providing excellent advocacy;
  • Taking on complex cases with creativity and zeal;

  • Advancing access to excellent legal services by sharing expertise with other attorneys;
  • Supporting her own family financially, and fostering a healthy working environment and living-wage jobs for her team.

Ms. Axelrod earned her law degree with honors from Harvard Law school. Before opening her own office, Ms. Axelrod worked at Siskind Susser, one of North America’s leading immigration law firms. There, she had the honor to learn from some of the best attorneys in the business, and received national recognition for handling complex cases and mentoring colleagues. After years of cheering for her own clients starting small businesses, Ms. Axelrod gained the confidence and inspiration to do the same.

Attorney Axelrod and her staff are bilingual in English and Spanish.  For speakers of other languages, we recommend that you have a trusted adult interpret for your consultation. With advance notice we can also arrange an interpreter service, including sign language.
